I had a small IRA account with this firm since 2014. Scott Abrahamson and I discussed my IRA once 18 months ago, then out of nowhere he sent me a letter saying he essentially dumped my account and to take questions up with the investment firm. Mr. Abrahamson then ignored an email and voicemail seeking clarification. I submitted a BBB claim that argued Mr. Abrahamson failed his duty to provide adequate information. Further, Mr. Abrahamson adopted a very disturbing position that small accounts are not worth his time. His BBB response was dripping with contempt and lack of care so I rejected it in its entirety. I do not think BCA did the best job with investments in the first year of my IRA and had to tell them where to move my money, something I thought was their expertise. Moreover, I do not trust Scott Abrahamson to represent the interests of small account owners and do not recommend his services.
