Consistent attitude. No greeting a customer. Very unprofessional. Seem unhappy. Ridiculous. Been going since 2007. One woman is always pretty nice though took a while to break her in, which i shouldn't have to do. If I acted like they did, forget it. This is crazy.

Honestly my experience was horrible so I don't recommend this place to anyone.. Choose a different location!! My appointment was for 8:30am, I arrived there at 8:15am and had to write my name on the sign in list. There were 3 other people ahead of me on the list already. The place was very cold. It's a first come first served operation. So there's no need to even schedule an early appointment online because when you get there it's basic on who signed in first. So now it's about 9am when she finally does call me. She doesn't even ask for my appointment sheet to see what time you're supposed to be seen. Then the lady "Gail" was very rude to me. This was my first time being fingered printed so I didn't know the process. She tells me to sign a paper, so I'm reading the paper and she's telling me to hurry up because I'm slowing down the process 😒 Very inpatient and rude woman. When I went in my purse to get my Social Security Card, she then stated "You just got your Social Security Card?” “You should have it memorized with your ID number" Then she couldn't even do the scan for my fingerprints correctly. Each finger she had to redo over about 4 to 5 times. (but I was slowing down the process by reading before I sign my name on a paper) She was so rude towards me, I guess she doesn't like her job or whatever. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Go to Manhattan, you get better service.

Apart from the call I made, everything was fast and simple (I went before and a nice woman made it very fast and easy and explained to me what I had to do). I called in to ask if they were still open since online it said hours may change and a man who had an Indian accent began yelling at me for asking if they were still open. Poor customer service on the phone.
