This location has by far been the most frustrating complex I have ever lived. I have lived in other Avalons and while they are all expensive this is also so poorly managed. Not only did my car get stolen out of the parking garage two months into moving in, but they did nothing about it. Not even a notice to the other residents about the situation. They had horrible communication the entire time I was there. God forbid you need a timely response about something. They also have the most ridiculous hours at the front office. And it has been over a year since I lived there and I am still fighting to get help with missing mail and other issues. And they pretend to be friendly but end up just being condescending. I would say I’m happy I left but here I am, still dealing with their horrible management team just to retrieve my things.
