We have Errors and Omissions (E&O) and General Liability (GL) insurance through this provider, but their customer service and account executives are unresponsive. When they do respond, it often takes three or four follow-up emails, and we struggle to get even basic needs addressed. I would definitely NOT recommend them for your insurance needs.
Worst insurance company by far. They answer the phone to take your money and that's it. If you need to add or change anything, they won't answer the phone. I'm quickly fixing to change companies. I have been trying to reach someone for a week. Maybe after they see my review, someone will call me. Only been with them for four months, and never again. I don't recommend to anyone for personal or commercial insurance. Save your money and time.
