Louis is beyond unprofessional and I would not recommend using AMG to anyone. His event planner dropped and shattered my brand new watch on the day of my wedding. This happened right before my wife's father was giving his speech, which we had to delay because of how upset we all were. It was a wedding gift from my wife and we were absolutely devastated. The event planner had to leave the event early, leaving no coverage for multiple hours that we paid for as part of our contractual agreement. She was nonchalant and casual about telling me, which only made matters worse. It was a very serious situation and it was not treated accordingly. In the aftermath of the wedding, Louis refused to pay for the watch repair. His event planner shattered and broke it without me being there. I tried to be reasonable with him but he took a hardline stance that he was not responsible. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to repair the watch that his event coordinator clearly shattered. Overall, this incident added a lot of stress to our wedding day and aftermath. The decent-right thing to do would be to pay for the repair, but he would not budge and eventually completely ignored all my emails and calls. He went radio silent and was never apologetic to the undue stress he caused us. As long as he cashed his check for providing day-of services, he was fine leaving an unhappy customer to deal with the aftermath. If you have the opportunity to work with someone who cares about you and making your special day memorable, I'd recommend you work with someone else. He almost ruined our wedding, don't let it happen to you.
