Replaced a garden window and French doors with a slider at a condo. Dean Ito was very good about explaining the different levels of glass and products. It took a few months after the initial order for installation, but worth the wait! The team led by Louis was done in less than a half day! Had to wait for the city inspector the next day before the job could be completed. A smaller team hung-out the next morning waiting for the inspection but they did a very nice job of replacing the trim! Very customer focused and friendly.

We reached out to American Vision Windows to change out some windows and our main entry door. Our experience was overall very pleasurable. All staff we interacted with were professional and caring. They helped us navigate through the entire process from start to finish. The installation team that was headed up by Luis T. did an amazing job. We could not be more pleased with the results. We definitely recommend AVW to anyone in search of a friendly, quality company for any window or door needs.

Our experience with American Vision Windows started off on a great note thanks to Project Manager Chris Mojarro. He was our first point of contact and came to our home to go over everything in detail. From the beginning, Chris was knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative—he made the entire planning and prep process easy and stress-free. His support continued all the way through to installation day, and we truly appreciated his professionalism. On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly at 8 AM and immediately got to work. There were eight people on site, and they worked efficiently and respectfully. They took great care in protecting our home—laying down coverings on the floors and using plastic to shield our furniture. Demo started right away, and they managed to wrap up the entire job by 1:30 PM! Mark and Luis H were the job leads and did an excellent job managing the team. Mario, the superintendent, came by to check in, and other installers like Luis T and Porfirio were equally skilled and courteous. We have two cats and two dogs, so coordinating the work around our pets was a concern—but the crew was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to keep our animals in one room while they worked on the others, and then finished up those spaces after we transferred the pets. It made the process smooth and much less stressful for us and our furry family. Everyone on the team was polite, respectful, and they left our home spotless. As far as we can tell, everything looks fantastic—the new windows and sliding doors are beautiful and feel like a huge upgrade to our home. We give American Vision Windows our highest recommendation. From our first meeting with Chris to the final cleanup, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and impressive.

This is my second time using American Vision Windows and I am very happy with the results! I worked with salesperson Jonathan Morales who came out to my new property and discussed several window and door options. I decided that a retrofit was a cost effective option that did not require any new construction. I ultimately had the original windows and doors replaced with brand new energy efficient “Anlin” windows. The color of the two new Provia doors for my front entry and garage look absolutely amazing and compliments all of my other upgrades that I have done with my new place 👍. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan and I also want to send a huge thanks to the installation team, consisting of Luis T, Cesar, Jose, and Roberto. They were on time, professional, and extremely efficient. The whole job was complete in about a day and a half! Thank you all 🙏. Hats off to the entire team for making my new home feel amazing 🙌🏻. I am a happy client of American Vision Windows company. I have received and finished  the installation of my windows last month. I really love my new windows and enjoying them so much! The overall process was very smooth with this company and reasonable for the price. They have been very responsible and   professional with measurements and production process and I really appreciated it. The installers were very accurate and highly organized with all process of the windows replacement. I could see how professionally they used their tools and equipment and how accurate and nicely they installed a new windows and parts for it.
