Design: We are very pleased with the customer service given by Allied Home Security. Brandon McFarland made sure to listen to our needs and designed a package that gave us options. After deciding on a security package, Brandon explained in detail the next steps of installation. Home Installation: Keaston Murray did an exceptional job for us with installation and setup with our new Allied Home Security (Brinks) system. Keaston went the extra mile making sure all our cameras were installed properly giving us the 360 coverage we requested. We would definitely recommend Allied Home Security!

Keyston, Our technician, did an amazing job! Build was extremely professional! Worked hard to make sure every avenue was covered, cleaned up, and made sure to teach and educate in depth! I have allot to say but I know when big companies that control the market and they get to big because we the people makes them so much money you will become a number to them because all they see is dollars and they don’t care about their customers service because you signed a contract and if you want to cancel you still owe them the full amount of the contract and you have to pay them for equipment. The worst company you can deal with. They charge us 250 dollars to remove the equipment from the old house, even the installer told us we don’t have to do it and then they charge us 250 dollars to install the equipment at the new house. When the installer was there we wanted the camera at the same place as the old house but he said it’s company policy he can’t go higher, so he left with out installing the camera and left a hole in the wall that he said company policy they don’t Seal it.

He took the time to walk me through the process, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was in perfect working order before leaving. Josh’s attention to detail and efficiency were outstanding, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in his work. Blake & Josh installed security cameras for me. They were experts! They made great recommendations and were very efficient and knowledgeable. They really listened to me to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Both of them made all adjustments I requested and did it with a happy attitude. They not only set up the system and cleaned up after themselves, but they even took time to train me on the app; making sure it was working properly and I understood all the features.
