Purchased travel insurance and our plane was diverted to Frankfurt Germany because weather in Munich. Our luggage was delayed/ lost. Filed a claim with all required information and Allianz won’t pay the claim. I keep trying and give them more information and today I received an email from them stating they hsve no information. I sent them 25 pages of documents with a confirmation from them. They are the worse instraance company have ever dealt with. I disputed the original charge and will be filing a small claims action.
