They did a quarterly service for me and they made the system malfunction and beep non stop. I called them the next day because the beeping was driving everyone in the building nuts and they agreed to come back out and they agreed it was their fault. However, they could come back to shut off the beeping 10 days later. So they gave me an option to schedule an emergency call to shut off the billing immediately, but they were going to charge be an absurd amount to come out immediately and fix their mistake. So they billed me for emergency hours, I refused to pay, they sent the bill to collections and I finally paid. I wrote them letters and protested throughout the process and they did not care if it was their responsibility. I will use a different fire alarm company in the future.
