Called on a Friday and was told I would get a call back on Monday. Monday went by no call. I called back on Tuesday and was told I would get a call back asap. Never got it so I called back again and left message with a very nasty lady that evidently doesn’t care about how she speaks with customers. Finally a lady called me on Wednesday but I told her I had handled my business in a different way. I don’t mind telling you I was a little upset to say the least. I’ll never call that office again. Since I’m the customer I believe I deserve better service and that office doesn’t have it.
